14-Yard Dumpster Rentals for Stanislaus County

A Convenient Size for Cleanouts, Remodeling & Construction Debris

Need a dumpster without having a massive roll-off container take over your property? CenCal Junk Services offers 14-yard dumpster rentals that are ideal for residential cleanouts, remodeling projects, contractors, property cleanups, and smaller construction jobs.

Our 14-yard dumpsters give you plenty of room for debris while maintaining a compact footprint that works well for many residential driveways and commercial properties.

14-Yard Dumpster Rental Pricing

Starting at $385

Your rental includes:

  • 1–3 day rental
  • Up to 1 ton (2,000 lbs.) of material included
  • Delivery and pickup
  • $25 per additional day for days 4–7
  • Convenient 14-cubic-yard capacity

Additional charges may apply for weight exceeding the included 1 ton, prohibited materials, special handling, or other disposal requirements. I recommend CenCal state its exact per-ton overage charge here once that number is finalized.

How Much Does a 14-Yard Dumpster Hold?

A 14-yard dumpster provides approximately 14 cubic yards of capacity. That makes it a great middle ground: large enough for substantial cleanouts and renovation debris without requiring the footprint of a huge commercial roll-off.

Actual CenCal Bin Dimensions:
Length: 14 ft.
Width: 7.5 ft.
Height: 4.5 ft.

How Much Space Do I Need?

Your dumpster needs a firm, reasonably level surface with clear truck access for delivery and pickup.

Once we confirm your dumpster drop off location:

Please allow approximately sufficient space with overhead clearance for safe delivery and pickup.

The overhead clearance is important. Customers need to think about power lines, tree branches, carports, roof overhangs, gates and other obstacles, not just whether the dumpster itself fits.

For street placement, customers should also be told that local permits or restrictions may apply. CenCal shouldn’t promise that a dumpster can simply be placed on any public street.

You Load It or We Load It

Want to handle the cleanup yourself? We’ll deliver the dumpster, you load it, and we’ll haul it away.

Don’t want to do the heavy lifting? CenCal can take care of that too. Our crew can load your unwanted items and debris for you.

Whether you’re a DIYer, homeowner, landlord or contractor, you choose the level of help you need.

Your project. Your dumpster. Your way.

What Can Go in a CenCal Dumpster?

For ordinary nonhazardous loads, the page can generally advertise things such as household junk, furniture, mattresses if CenCal’s disposal facility accepts them, cabinets, shelving, boxes, packaging, carpeting, untreated lumber, yard debris where accepted, remodeling debris, drywall, nonhazardous construction debris, fixtures and general property-cleanout debris.

For construction materials in particular, the final accepted-material list should reflect the disposal facility CenCal actually uses, because California facilities can have different permitted waste streams and local diversion requirements. CalRecycle specifically recommends checking facility requirements for construction and demolition material.

What CANNOT Go in the Dumpster

This is where I would be very explicit on the website.

California prohibits a number of materials from ordinary trash disposal. Do not place hazardous or prohibited materials in your CenCal dumpster, including:

  • Paint and paint-related liquids
  • Solvents, thinners and many adhesives
  • Motor oil, oil filters and antifreeze
  • Gasoline, fuels and other flammable liquids
  • Pesticides, herbicides and many pool chemicals
  • Household or automotive batteries
  • TVs, computer monitors and other electronic waste
  • Fluorescent lamps/tubes and mercury-containing devices
  • Propane tanks and other compressed-gas cylinders
  • Non-empty hazardous aerosol cans
  • Asbestos or suspected asbestos-containing material
  • Treated wood unless CenCal specifically approves the disposal method
  • Medical sharps such as needles and syringes

California specifically bans batteries, electronics, fluorescent lamps, paints, solvents, motor oil, tires, compressed-gas cylinders and numerous other hazardous materials from ordinary trash disposal.
