Use your dumpster for approved materials such as untreated lumber, drywall, cabinetry, flooring, fixtures, packaging and general construction debris, subject to weight and disposal restrictions.

The 1-ton included weight allowance is especially important to communicate to contractors. Concrete, dirt, roofing, tile, brick and similar dense materials can exceed 2,000 pounds surprisingly quickly. I would require customers to contact CenCal before loading heavy materials rather than advertising all construction debris as automatically acceptable.

California also treats certain construction materials differently. For example, asbestos and chemically treated wood have special disposal requirements.

Need it longer? Keep the dumpster for up to seven days for $25 per additional day after the first three days.
